At least one book reads that the Word of God is Love. I dont see how that recommends taking the emotion out of it.

I often wonder where God is when I watch the news. Which is why I don't watch it. First of all, it's sensationalized. It shows all the worst stuff that's out there because that's what people want to see. Plus it ups the fear factor, keeps people buying into the illusion that things will keep them safe.
God exists, in some form. It's people that scare me.
