I am currently going through the ringer health wise. And since I've lost all but one friend, I feel very alone and very frightened. I never asked anyone for spiritual support in any way, but positive thinking does help. I am just alone and scared that I am never going to get better. My body is rebelling against me. I am in constant pain. I am always so tired. I feel like I am not strong enough for this. I am scared.

Sorry for your pain...sending positive thoughts and vibes straight to you

In need of positive thoughts, even prayers.

...

Having to deal with one pain or the other ... Physical / Emotional ... Is tough enough on its own.

However, when you're having to deal with both at the same time, it's beyond description!

Hope you find real relief sooner than later!

Teen Idle, I had chronic pain and fatigue for about 7 months straight last year. I swore I knew it would never end and I would be miserable forever. After attending a chronic pain program at a great place called Sierra Tucson and eliminating opioids, my pain is minimal now and energy so much better.

Time has a way of sorting things out. I still have fibromyalgia, but it is very manageable (especially with regular exercise) and my life has improved greatly. Hope yours will too! (((( Teen Idle ))))
