I'm suffering from some stuff right now. I'm sure others have been where I am. But it feels like I'm alone.

I take meds for bipolar schizoaffective. The Abilify is giving me side effects. Like rigid movements and this is scaring me. The med Klonopin is supposed to take care of this to an extent, and it just makes me tired.

I am also struggling with spiritual things. I hate myself when I fall and do things that are against my belief system.

So sorry you're in such pain now, hartbroken.

I think you should tell your doc about the Abilify side effects as soon as you can, by the way.

I'm in real pain right now

the ability to tolerate and endure oneself is the greatest gift, then comes being able to tolerate and endure others~

perhaps there is some inspiration for you here: C PTSD - A Way Out | A place to check in daily

We all make mistakes. We have to fall so that God can help us up. I'm going through a similar thing where I'm continually getting knocked down and repeatedly having to get up, and it's starting to get tiresome. But recently, I realized, that is God's way of testing me. He will reward my patience and perseverance. He always does. Keep the hope, and take care of yourself. Go see a psychiatrist as soon as possible and let them know about the side effects you're having. I hope you feel better soon.

PS: This quote may help - "GOD HAS intention for your pain. A REASON for your struggle. AND A REWARD for your faithfulness. DON'T GIVE UP!" It always helps me have a little more hope
Thanks for this!

Some of those medications you are taking may be having an negative affect on you. Please talk to your doctor about this.

I'm so sorry to hear you're struggling! I'd double ck with your pdoc or a pharmacist about the rigid movements, and just try to look forward, and not look back! When I look back, I always have too many regrets, and feel guilty and awful, but I just try to move forward with faith! Best of luck and hope you feel better!!
