I'm in a lot of pain (more so than usual) and I have a whole lot of things I need to get done tonight.
I just got a bloody nose, and I made the genius decision to just watch the blood drip. Blood has been a trigger for me ever since the event that gave me PTSD. And also because of how badly it makes me want to cut. I haven't cut in three years, but when I did...it had become more than just an addiction for me. But I don't do that any more! I don't! But that doesn't mean my skin doesn't still crawl at the sight of blood. Oh help.   I can't do this alone. And right now I feel unbearably alone.  Why am I so stupid??

A video I watched a while back demonstrated the cats do, in fact always land on their feet & how they do it. I am visualizing you landing on your feet too, Stronger. Be well...

I made a request for you at home here tonight because after writing a prayer, posting it and viewing it, saw a warning that we are not to whisper a hint of religion. Perhaps that is my interpretation, but I withdrew my post for that reason. Trust that real prayers have gone up for you over this.
