has anyone had premonitions that have come true?

A few years ago during an attempt on my life, I ended up taking a bunch of pills, I'm embarrassed to say.
Something happened during that time with premonitions that have been coming true. I am quite freaked out about them and don't want to list them, but they have been happening.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm pretty disturbed to say the least and don't know what to make of them. I've never encountered something this strong before. I've been able to tell things in the past such as knowing a hurricane would hit days before it would occur, this was when I was just a kid and not in a frame of mind back then to pay attention to the news. That did freak me out back then, but the things that have occurred recently I had visions of a few years ago. They are in fragments in my mind and don't tell a whole story, so I'm not sure how to explain it. Its like pieces of a puzzle of what happened in my mind years ago are suddenly coming to pass now, but still in puzzle pieces. Like I said, its hard to explain. Its disturbing realizing perhaps a spiritual guide back then was possibly trying to warn me, but my stupid brain along with my illness could not prevent them from happening. Its making me wonder how scripted life is

Whenever I have a dream that someone I know or know of dies, it always happens the day after. It really is creepy so I sort of know how you feel.

I don't believe that life is "scripted", per se; however the decisions we make and actions we take set up a framework of potentials and probabilities for tomorrow. We will always have free will 'till our dying breath.

That said, I have had visions (very powerful dreams) of things which came to pass. One in particular happened 35 years ago, at a time when my wife and I were planning to get married. I was a VP of Sales and Marketing for a major residential builder, at a time when the market was beginning to soften. We had acquired a competitor, and a friend of mine held a comparable position with the newly acquired company. Obviously, we weren't both needed....one of us would be on the street. In this vision I was shown a scene of a large room or dance floor ... something like the Ice Capades. People were milling around, talking, having drinks and socializing. The floor began to slowly split apart into little ice floes, or whatever, which began to drift apart, seperated by water. Some people, including me, we're jumping from ice floe to ice floe, while others found themselves in the water. I looked down and saw my friend in the water. A voice was telling me what all this meant; that the people on the ice would continue, but may be doing different things. The people in the water would not continue. A couple of weeks later, there was a meeting and we reorganized...with the personnel on the ice.

I get what my wife and I call "bad juju". It's some kind of weird early warning system. A couple days of "bad juju" gives me a warning that something is going to happen. It could be something good or something bad, but it's always a pretty big event.

i have had premonitions which i call Deja vu. It happens all the time so you are not alone out there!!

Déjà vu is French for "already seen". It is a "recallection" rather than a premonition.

I had a lot actually and I try not to open myself up to the idea. My sister has been trying so hard for another child for years and years. She changed her lifestyle by quitting cigarettes and started exercising. I would just lay down and close my eyes and would have flashing images of a newborn (about 6 weeks) in a womb and a baby's hand laid down on a grown person's hand. I started feeling sick unexpectedly such as wanting to vomit for a period of days and cramping near my uterus. I'm not sexually active, so I knew I was not pregnant plus I don't have my menstrual cycles. I looked at my sister and noticed she was glowing. I pressed on her skin to see if it had water retention. I kept telling her she was pregnant. She kept on telling me to shut up and saying it's impossible. She told me she was feeling the same things I was feeling. I went to the store and bought a cheap pregnancy test and put it in her room. The test came out positive and she came out crying because she thought she was going to hurt the baby. She was jumping all around and taking vitamins with caffeine in it. Her first born and this new comer are 10 years apart. She went to the docs for confirmation, the baby was about 7 weeks. I had a dream that someone related to my father passed away from heart disease, the next day my father got a phone call from his family overseas. His nephew died young from a heart attack. I've also dreamt of floods as well which did happen. I'm awake with my eyes closed and would have colored flashing images of random peoples' faces. I usually just brush off my dreams and my so called visions.

I've had a lot of premonitions come true. I just get a weird feeling, and it's like suddenly I KNOW something is going to happen. Sometimes it doesn't happen until years later, but it always does. I don't know, but just from experience I believe that sometimes we're given warning.

Yes. Last year, weekend before marathon Monday. Saw an image. Dark.

Had other things, through my life.

Known to have good instincts. Hard to write out.
