id love to hear experiences that you all have had with meditation.
kundalini shaktipat mindfulness yoga as a part of meditation and separately any other type. what type(s) do you practice? why? how has it affected your life? take me on the journey of one of your greatest experiences with it! |

Hi! I do mediate on things I read and stuff like that. I am sure there are some meditators here. Maybe they'll be along soon.

I used to meditate half an hour every day in high school. I really think it helped my anxiety and depression issues. My best friend was Thai and it's something like 98% of people there take part it in. I now drive about 40 minutes to sit with a group. The cool part is that you don't have to be any specific religion to take part. You learn to control your body and mind as one over time and it is great for the digestive system. Just healthy all around,
