The SIN OF MAN

<font color="blue"> Merciful Father, when I see Your Son scourged and crowned with piercing throns, when I see Him languishing on the Cross, please let me remmber it was my sins that brought Him to such a place.</font>

The JUSTICE OF GOD

<font color="blue">Every sin you have ever committed will be visited by the infinite wrath of God. The only question is whether God's wrath will fall on that sin when it is on you, or when it is on Christ on the Cross. </font>

The LOVE OF GOD

<font color="blue"> Wonder of wonders that the Creator would die for the creatures' sin. How astonishing that Jesus, there on the cross, would pray for those who even just then had nailed Him to that horrible Cross.

nice words ,it perplexes me that the creator forgives us again and again yet somehow i find it hard to forgive myself for wrong things i've done can i forgive myself for failing to forgive myself?

IDK, perhaps it is a work of the devil that seems to prevent us from allowing God's forgiveness to be enough for us? If the devil can keep us down and defeated...well, we won't be much good for God then, right?

Maybe some lack trust in God to truly forgive? Maybe the lack of believing in the Sovereignty of God could cause such trouble of unforgiveness?
