Hi all-here's part 2 oi wha I mentioned before! Alternative Catholic rosary prayers #2

SERENITY PRAYER ROSARY

0) (Center yourself and make the sign off the cross while saying: The only difference between stumbling blocks and stepping stones is how we use them.

1)Invocation-on crucifix-Christ speaks to us of the peace
that passeth understanding; Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth give I to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Take these words and stand them like so many glowing candles in the forests of the night. Listen and I will speak to you about serenity.
2) Declaration-on first bead on tail: Let nothing disturb thee, Nothing afright thee; All things are passing; God never changes; Ptient endurance attains to all things; Who God possesses iis wanting nothing; God alone suffices.
3) Say the Serenity Prayer on each of the next beads on the tail.
On the space before the next bead before the medal: Better a handful of quietness than both hands full with toil and much chasing the wind.
4) On next bead before medal: God be in my head and in my understanding; God be in my eyes, and in my looking; God be in my mouth, and in my speaking; God be in my heart, and in my thinking; God be at my end, and at my returning
5) Pray the serenity prayer onthe first decade and on the first bead inbetween: "Better a handful..."
6) On the bead after the second deacde: The light of God surrounds me; the love of God enfolds me; The power of God protects me; The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is.
7) On the bead after the 3rd decade: If ou bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth that which is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.
8) On the ead after the 4th decade-Absolute attention is prayer.
9)On the bead after the 5th decade; With wisdom comes the knowledge tha the only person I can change is me.
10) On the medal; THere is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our heart is our temple; the philosophy is kndness.
11) Closing -Serenity prayer + accepting hardship as apathway to peace. Taking, as Jesus did this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it. Trusting theat you will make all things right if I surrender to your will. So that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next.

AMEN

ENJOY-this has helped me a lot!
