idk if it's a good thread for this question but well, does anyone ever felt possessed? sometimes this feeling strike me hard, like now, having it since yesterday and trying to ignore it, but... question 'what if...?' in my mind all the time :s i don't know if it;s because my anxiety/panic disorder, ocd, or maybe I'm psycho or really possessed... I'm feeling like that, and gonna stay for 4 days totally alone since early morning tomorrow, and it's Feast of Corpus Christi day so all of this things makes me even more anxious...
any thoughts? :c

Depending on how you feel right now, you may want to see about visiting a qualified Dr. If you are getting by in the moment, try taking a few deep breaths and clear your thoughts, calm yourself as much as you're able, and personalize, that for right now, you are safe, and your well being is as certain as the sun will surely rise tomorrow.

Look around yourself. Is there anything physically threatening you right now? Are there any physical objects nearby that could, or will, cause you immediate damage? If not, then you are probably safe for the moment.

I would be careful about what terms I use to describe my inner feelings. The idea of being 'possessed' opens the gate to all sorts of supernatural identities that have unimaginable powers to do harm, or good, without my consent.

I would not use the term 'possessed' unless I was deeply superstitious. Instead, I would describe my feelings as a sort of inner conflict. Changing the words, and subsequently my perception, gives me back some control of my circumstances and removes power from the hands of those supernatural forces that I have no means of bargaining with.

Personally, I do not believe demons, or devils, or what have you, exist. They have no power to possess me.
