In my last episode I had all these incredibly beautiful visions of the future just seeing them made me want to cry,they were not just my future but the future of three other people I know.
Does anyone else have visions/hallucinations? What are they like? Does anyone else have visions of the future or is otherwise highly psychic?

In a word, no, but, the idea is intriguing. I have experimented with altered states of conciousness and other forms of perception outside this plane of existence. Quite amatuerely.

I believe I am on a spiritual journey to become more wise. I also have had some minor psychic visions (not a delusion or hallucination, just imagine something in my mind's eye and then it happens) and strong feelings about things that end up being correct. I really think that there are some spiritual truths that come to us, in spite of (or perhaps because of) mental illness. The question is, how do you know what a "psychic thought" is versus a "crazy thought?" I'm still trying to figure that out myself. So far, my psychic thoughts are really strong feelings that don't seem irrational. The irrational fears and worries I have never end up coming true. Best wishes in your journey!

P.S. I am also highly empathic. I can feel the emotions of others, especially those of my husband. I still need to figure out how to "protect" myself from taking on others' negative feelings.

I do have dreams and visions. I usually pray and ask for guidance before i go to bed. It is while i am sleeping the Father communicates to me in a dream or sometimes a vision which is more rare. And usually it is 3 or 4 times the same dream over and over. I am not psychic, i am just tuned in to hearing the answer that i prayed about. tc

Highly intuitive, a good reader of people, a person who thinks about all the possibilities so one outcome is always right, like looking at actions like playing chess.

If I were psychic, I'd have had better results gambling and in the stock market.

It's interesting that you used the term 'Father'. I believe there are energies around us at all times that people have the ability to tap into with a little practice, it's just that our culture doesn't exactly encourage it. I see them neither to be male or female exclusively, sometimes one or the other, sometimes both at once.

Yes I've heard that it's a good idea to ask begore going to sleep for an answer to a question to be shown in a dream,this has worked for me twice.

I believe only God knows the future but I think about the future a lot and I worry about it often. I worry about it so much sometimes it upsets me. I've had it drive me to a mental breakdown before.

What a frustrating experience that was!

We went to Vegas once. My husband had a grand plan for roulette that turned into a big loss. He even caused lots of other people to lose big, because they got all excited and blew their money, too.

The last bet, I stood there with a $100 chip in my hand. I said "It's going to be 00". Which was 36 to 1. But I just didn't trust myself and didn't put the chip down. I was trying to, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

It was 00!

Then we went to the slot machines. My grandma told me to play the third one from the elevator. After putting in as many dollar chips as I could stand, I walked away crying and told my husband we're leaving town early, even paying more for a flight home.

The minute I left the machine, someone else jumped on it, put in one coin, and hit the jackpot!

I never gambled again.

And I won't even go into the insanity of the stock market. I have only one word-- eBay!

I've had dreams of events that happen in the future. This has happened on multiple occasions, since I turned 13. Aside from that, I don't think I've had "visions" or anything of the sort that would make me believe I was psychic.

Most people have precognitive/prophetic dreams Id say 30 percent of my dreams are like that.
Im schizophrenic/shamanic so I have visions as well and I tell you what my visions are not scary but pure poetry,really beautuful to look at and usually of the future of those I know.

I had some precognitive dreams before, and some dreams where I was contacted by spirits from beyond the grave. I wouldn't say I'm psychic per say, but I do tend to have very strong emotions. I once was told I was an Empath of sorts, that I felt the residual emotions of others in places.

I daydream a lot, often there are many random thoughts in my mind some are very negative but it's usually because I'm worrying about it.

I've always would imagine the death of a loved one, or a certain event and there have been times where I find that in a matter of time, what I imagine does occur. It doesn't even have to be something bad, I can imagine a particular person pregnant and it happens.

I wouldn't exactly say psychic, or vision but sometimes I do feel that if I think about it too much I can be attracting it. It's kind of like when they say, "if you want something, set your mind to it". I just hate that most of these thoughts revolve around me worrying about something, so my mind is set to it but I don't want it to happen.

Yes,I have a voice that makes premonitions,have had all my life,it tells me stuff that is going to happen and sure enough not long after it comes to pass.Things like my pet passing away,or my family having a car accident or someone getting cancer.
I do not have any control of this voice nor do I like being told things that are going to happen but I can't stop it!

Separate from the voice I can make some things happen just by imagining them to come to fruition.Not some things but others yes,like I might say I want to see or hear from so and so and sure enough after not seeing or speaking to them for about a year they will ring out of the blue or I will bump into them.Or the parking space trick I can do that one,as the book Law of Attraction(Esther and Jerry Hicks) says you can make things happen using the power of the mind,it is a bit like witchcraft though,best not messed with in my opinion!I haven't been able to imagine myself win big on the lottery and win yet though,I wish!

Women use to be very lauded and celebrated for their intuition/psychic skills it's a shame its now ridiculed ,they use to be called veledas,seers,Sybils,volvas,etc in ancient times.

I'm not a psychic due to any mental health drama. I get really strong empathic crap constantly that I am ALWAYS shielding from ESPECIALLY here in chat. It's hard to ignore that.
I have VERY SLIGHT, and fickle mind reading/melding crap. I think it depends on my mood, and sitch as much as theirs. I try very hard to "knock it off" when It happens, I like my privacy, I hate invading other's. (Also it ruins my shielding.)

And Sometimes just I just know things suddenly out of thin air, I have no business knowing and being totally accurate, say in conversation that is relevant, or predicted for the future. That's ability is really finicky and random too but getting stronger. Out of the three, I'd say this one is the most fun, because I come off as smart for no reason sometimes. Smart AND creepy. ~.^

All of it's genetic though the women's side of my family. Soooo a there is a whole family can do something to this degree, and typically better than I. *rolls eyes* I can't do cool X-man cool crap like telepathic conversations, teleport, move junk with my mind, or bend matter so all in all I'm not impressed with myself. ;P THAT'D be a REAL party trick!

Anyways my point is, ya psychics ARE real, big whoop, it's boring. And news flash, it doesn't need to be a mental illness either. X-Men!!! now that'd be somethin'. XD
