Months ago I made a thread here about my anxiety about engaging my spiritual curiosities. Well, I eventually got desperate enough to overcome those feelings.

What I actually wanted to explore when I made that thread was things like modern magick, occultism, psionics, to a lesser extent more involved meditation. I've taken more to them in the last weeks and actually already gotten results: I tried casting a sigil to find employment in the next two months*. This was a few weeks ago; I just got accepted for a new job, and a much better one than anything I've had before. I've toyed with other more minor rituals, chants, meditations, and I think those were helping my mental state and sheer luck too.

Luck? Coincidence? Confusing correlation with causation? I don't know, but I'm starting to feel there's something to this spiritual stuff. I'm curious to explore more, and far less afraid of judgement. It all feels so...right to me, this path. Some little piece of me still fears this is just a sign of how stupid I am, maybe even crazy or desperate. But I can't ignore how real it feels, how valid.


*Technically, you're not supposed to tell what you did a ritual for. Maybe the internet has some negating effect on this.

The universe is mysterious. Much comes into esoteric psychology and philosophy and takes away the "fear " programming. Good for you , it takes courage to go and look at these things.
