Before i go to bed i wanted to ask that everyone pray for my dad. I just found out today he is going to Iraq for a year. He is in the army. I am extremly worried and nervous and scared.

Im attached to my dads hip when we are togather. I love him so much and everyone says i look just like him. I always try my best to keep my dad happy. I saw my dad cry for the first time and it was my fault. We had had an argument and he cried and ever since then i vowed to always keep my dad happy. I realize that no matter how much he doest like the way i dress or complains about the attitude i have i love him so much and i dont want anything bad to happen to him. Hes my daddy and thats all there is to it. My parents are divorced and so i dont see him daily as it is anyway but i cant imagine not seeing him for the rest of my life.

I was hoping that if i could get a lot of people to pray for him he would be ok. Please please please pray for my dad. He said that he felt God was calling him to do this. I dont want to live my life with out sseeing my dad again. Thanks...

Be proud of your dad for what he is about to do. I know this is going to be very hard for you. I watched my sister for a year and a half when her son was in Iraq and I know it was very hard for her.

Write him lots of letters because that will make him so happy.
