I'm asking that you all please pray for me. I'm having really bad anxiety that's almost paralyzing everything in my life. I'm scared to do anything alone, and it just keeps getting worse. I need some comfort in my life right now. I can't keep going on like this.

No, you do sound like you need something to change. Sounds like you might need to back off on your activities, slow down and do less? If you burn out completely, you won't get ANY thing done. (((hugs)))) Now ...breathe....

Mental consider yourself the top on my prayer list today. I know that God will give you the strength to get through this, His timing is a little different than ours and I am just learning this now.
