Today is designated as a day to pray for all the persecuted Christians in the world. Sometimes we forget what a great battle other Christians, not in the free countries, have with regards to holding fast to their faith in Christ.

<font color="purple">[b]Father, most Holy God, I ask that you guard their hearts and minds today, and let not any evil from satan creep in to turn them aside from You. May today be an easier day for them, that you would give them peace and the knowing of all the Christians around the world who love them, and pray for them. Thank you Father that I live in a country that allows me the freedom to pray, the freedom to read Your Word, and especially the freedom to share my faith in You with others, that they also might turn towards you and have this assurance and hope of everlasting life with You. In Christ's name, Your Son, I ask. Amen.
