Still there are deaths and clashes and violence because of the caste system here in India... I myself come from a lower caste. Am I bad?

Of course not!! That's not what I personally believe. I don't even agree with the caste system over there. I don't support the use of karma for that purpose whatsoever. I am not in India or from India and did not know that they use it that way. I have my own understanding of it, which clearly is fairly limited to just what I know about it.
