I’m in a very bad place emotionally and in physical pain too.
I need prayers or positive vibes please. I also need prayers or positive vibes for a good friend of mine.

Here's a prayer I reference often; I am often anxious, and try (although it's very difficult) to turn to the Bible for answers and comfort
