Hi everyone!

I have found this to be a great resource, and thought I would share it.

http://www.dharmapunx.com/htm/mp3.htm

Noah Levine is a Buddhist teacher, author and counselor. He is trained to teach by Jack Kornfield of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA. He teaches meditation classes, workshops and retreats nationally as well as leading groups in juvenile halls and prisons. Noah holds a masters degree in counseling psychology from CIIS. He has studied with many prominent teachers in both the Theravadan and Mahayanan Buddhist traditions.

Don't be scared off if you are not buddhist or know nothing about it - he is a very down to earth guy and for those who do not know anything about it, i suggest starting with Buddha's Life Story - class #1 - 11/01/04 (81Min)
and then progressing to 4 Noble Truths / 8 Fold Path - class #2 - 11/08/04 (81Min). this will give you a better understanding of it.

Thanks guys!

thanks Rainbowz.... ive read a little buddhist and zen.. a great nonel is Shogun, James Clavell... gives the Buddhist perspective from a samurai viewpoint... very good book even though fiction... made it a movie too, but the book is better...

its good to view life from a number of angles, not any one really gives the whole perspective...

I have been wanting to learn more on this,I studied a little but have not got to in depth...what little I did study seemed very appealing for a productive life style and beliefs.
