Google her. She has a lot interesting things to say about personal transformation. Able to explain reasons for being stuck, feeling unloveable...etc. not sure where i am with spirituality but found her looking for a way to talk to my emotional body (release emotions from the body) and i did her exercise she talks about and ir was overwhelming for me. I will try again with my therapist.
