I just wanted to share with people on this forum that I am realizing some pretty good stuff lately. It is just that I want to help people in whatever form I can and wish for the best for everyone.

It has to do with spirituality because I can wish people well and feel good about that. I know it's good to wish people well, despite what my brain tells me sometimes.

I feel empowered in saying that I wish everyone well.

This is a beautiful post and a beautiful sentiment.

I wish more people could be like you in this world. We need much more of that -- positive and caring sentiments towards others.

Thank you for this. It made my morning!

This is awesome! I agree with you that this is a spiritual practice. I find that I appreciate small acts of kindness more than ever. I try to be kind and thoughtful as much as I can now.. I used to be too busy and preoccupied all the time. I also used to be so fearful of not being able to keep boundaries in place that I went from being overly nice to just shutting people out. Oddly enough, this Covid shutdown forced me to slow down while also giving me ability to maintain my personal and emotional space.

Thank you for your positive post.

I like this idea! Helping others is indeed often a way to help yourself.

Spirituality is something beautiful. It can open doors and provide support when we are all alone, and it gives us self worth.
