So many lost. Such devastation. It's incomprehensible.

May the survivors, the rescuers, the loved ones, and all the people of these two battered nations find strength and comfort in their relationships with the divine. May those lost rest in blessed peace.

My thoughts are with you.

Thanks to those who join me in praying for the cyclone and earthquake victims. I find it hard not to feel really down about stuff like that. I want to protect myself from images and information, but at the same time, I want to know, you know? Anyway, I feel better for having posted this and after finding a great site to make an easy, targeted donation to help the victims in both countries. I was actively searching online for a new pair of crop pants to replace a worn out pair when I ran across the site. I think I can live awhile longer without a new pair when I have so much and those in the devastated areas don't even have shelter and basic necessities. Prayers for the people of Myanmar and China

Though it's hard to find just what it's all about in trying to integrate disasters of this scale into my experience of the world and what little I've figured out so far.... sigh

thanks again

We need to continue to pray for these earthquake victims. Scientists are saying there is going to be an after shock that reaches upto 6 or 7, so these people still need prayers for protection.

Please remember all that have and will continue to fight for their lives.
