i believe we are capable of many great things with a single thought Danaialla, to carry the life of Spirit within us means to constantly be aware, consciously be aware of the suffering of others around us at all times, to constantly carry a wish hope and goodwill within us and to scatter the seeds of love in all directions.. i have no doubt you live up to the highest callings at all times and where you might fall, the Spirit is there to pick us up, always nurturing us back to better spiritual health so we may do our greatest goods.. the greatest goods begin with the simplest thought...
