The ex was supposed to message me via msn today from his gf comp. Apparently he went to look for a job instead, and still hasnt contacted me. shes going to give him my phone number tonight, but im not doing a very good job of being patient.. and its taking a toll on me anxiety wise.
I need some prayers for strength.

(((Rainbowzz)))) hang in there a bit longer... dont distress yourself with anxieties... patience is something that gives you time to strengthen your self calming skills... think pleasant thoughts to take your mind away from the spinning scenarios... you can create your own peace within yourself by practicing your breathing exercises while you wait for his call....
when he does call, you will be more relaxed, increasing the opportunity for a comfortable talk.... best to you always
