thank you muffy and everyone still praying, your good thoughts and wishes are definately helping me cope... Dad had his surgery on Wednesday and got back home today.... he is resting after a little concern earlier... he was very emotional and showed kindness instead of anger... it is a hopeful sign for us all... thanks again for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers..

thank you ((muffy)))) Dad took a turn for the better yesterday when he received some news he'd been waiting for but its been emotionally expensive on all sides...

this situation has re-connected me with my past in some good ways.. maybe some would say say Dad watches too many John Wayne movies...

it got me thinking tho.. even Dad thought JW was too cool to believe, but when i strip away the macho controversy, John stood up for right, not wrong, good, not bad.. if a non male did the things he did they'd still be good things..

so Dad is old school... there's worse to be.. at least he's no bully..

Dad just knows right and wrong, its really simple for him, there's no backsliding allowed.. he knows what a slippery slope dysfunctional living is.. he is right..... ((( muffy)))) i am blessed to have him, you, PC in my life.. what a difference positive and correct thinking makes..
