Thank you for this blue day
I got up today and I didnt make the bed but I folded laundry, took a shower and was able to keep from becoming desolate. Nobody called me today but I'm alright with that. I've got to learn to be alone anyway so I will choose to consider my loneliness a gift for now. The squirrels came to feed on the deck and they were cute. The dishes are piled up and the house is a mess but I'm picking away at it. Mostly I say thank you because for today, I dont really want to quit. For today I want to hang in and I'm trying not to listen to waht the voices are saying, just letting the sound was over me and keep on a going but not to stick.
Thanks for this!

There's a big difference between being alone, and being lonely. TC
