I'm sorry to hear that. Why do you think people are out to get you? You say you feel judged and punished? Is there any reason for that?

Know that you're safe here. Lots of us have gone through the exact same feelings.

Hope you keep well.

I am so sorry that you feel this way. It's so hard to feel like you belong with people around you especially when you have mental issues clouding your judgement and thought processes. It's hard to leave your house when you walk out the door thinking that the whole world stops and watches you in disgust every step you take. That thinking caused me to lock myself in my appartment for a long time, but in the long run... Hiding from the faces and the voices and the people everywhere hurts more than walking in the lions den so to say.

Paranoia is something some of us live with every day and I am terribly sorry for your troubles and pain, I hope you know that you are not alone in this and you understand the difference between "I feel like they hate me" and "I know they hate me" with a lot of mental disorders it's hard to tell the two apart but if you continue to remind yourself that this is your mental troubles acting up it will make things easier to tolerate.

I am sorry if I could not help you but I do feel for you and wish you all the best!

Know that feeling very well. The only thing that helps me try to get out is my husband, daughter and my puppy. Other then that I rather stay home and not socialize with the outside world. Do you have any ways of trying to deal with this?
