I printed this Trust List out from the site http://mentalhealthcartoons.com/THE-TRUST-LIST.pdf

I am finding it useful as I do get paranoid a lot and this will remind me who I can talk to about it. My only BIG problem is I only have 1 name on it (my hubby). I want to be able to put a few others on it, but I don't think that's going to happen. I can't even put T on it yet.
