I've taken Saphris before. It worked well for some of my symptoms but I couldn't stay on it due to several really bad side-effects that made staying on it impossible. How is it working for you so far? I hope you are doing okay.

I still have auditory and visual hallucinations and voices but it helping me know what is real and not witch is giving me the power to take control of the situation. I have only notice two side effects with is akathisia and sleepiness, but they gave me a medication for the akathisia with helps allot.

I took Saphris for a month. It worked very we'll for my symptoms, but caused constant intestinal problems. After one month I got acute depression which lasted for 3 weeks. Hope it continues to work well for you, though.

UPDATE

I am still taking Saphris 5mg and it is still helping very much, but I am still having hallucinations and voices but it is making them bearable and I am now able to is determine what is real and not but they still bother me but not nearly as badly. But Sapris have work better then any antipsychotic I have been on. But the two side effects I am experiencing is akathisia and sleeping allot. I am taking Artane for akathisia it have keep it under control, but is there anything that can be done for the drowsiness?

Hi there. I took Saphris for a little while. I took 5mg at 3pm and 5 mg at 10pm. It made me so tired that I slept almost 24 hours a day. Then I became suicidal and I was put in the psych ward. I will never take it again. I hope that the Saphris works out for you. Good luck.

If you don't was you not able to keep you're eyes open because of drowsiness or some other side effect?

Are you doing better now on what ever you are taking now?
