initially its scary as hell. i heard voices telling me to run as loud as airplanes overhead. its understandable why we freak out and go nutz getting hospitalized. i was fortunate enough to already know how the ear and sound/energy works. it takes time to get where i am now. im here for anyone needing advice to quiet there voices or kick them out so they only sound outside with no internal resonances.
