I get angry very easily and quite often at even the smallest things. Sometimes I'm like a ticking time bomb and if I get angry enough even for a legit reason I still go kind of crazy for a second (Like throw something really hard against the wall or if someone is making me mad I stay very quite then all of a sudden I snap at them).

Anyways, when I'm in a really bad mood if someone gets me something sweet (like a cookie, chocolate, ice cream, candy) it cheers my right up and I'm okay again even super happy sometimes. Does this happen to anyone else? I feel like a child when I do this.

Life's simple pleasures. That is how I look at it. I could be pissed at the world, but the my dog comes and demands pets, and I can't help but smiles cause she's a good dog. Life is all about the simple things that make us happy.

I'm the same way. I have to be more careful now that I'm alone b/c I crave comfort food almost constantly and if it's in the house, I will eat the whole thing. I recently stocked up on sugar free pudding since it has the comfort factor. My PDoc said it's a good alternative to what I usually eat.

I get the doggy comfort, too. I like dogs that have fur that I can run my fingers through. I find it extremely soothing. I like having my dog next to me when I'm driving, especially when traffic is bad.
