Okay so, I had my first partial hospital day yesterday and I think it actually went okay
I talked with a new t who I absolutely adore and am super comfortable talking to! Hooray! haha
Anyways, she said she wanted to diagnose me with SZA NOS because she doesn't know me well enough yet to put me in a specific category, but she does seem to believe I have it.

This helps so much guys, you have no idea.
I have been waiting for an official diagnoses for so long. It's like a form of closure for me, idk.

I'm feeling pretty okay at the moment. The voices are driving me crazy as usual and the visuals suck as usual, but my mood is slightly more hopeful than it has been for the last um ten years?

Just wanted to check in and let you guys all know. Please keep me in your thoughts and cross your fingers that I am able to get on the correct combination of meds and the therapy will help. I'll do the same for you!

Have a good night all

I am glad that you could find some closure in getting an official diagnosis. =)
I'm also glad that you have a therapist that you are comfortable speaking with, this helps a lot in your progress towards recovery. As long as you keep participating, good things will continue to happen.
I'm glad your mood is better even though you are still experiencing visual and auditory hallucinations.

For me, I am not hearing or seeing things but my mood is way down low. I did have a disassociation episode yesterday that I only know about because I was on skype with my boyfriend who told me about it after I came back. I'm not really doing so good lately but I am trying to keep my head above water. I really need to go back to therapy. Not so sure about going back on medications. I'm aware I say this often.

ANYWAY! ladisputelover, I am glad you are doing better.
