Hello everybody. I entered this forum out of serious desperation because I have severe tactile hallucinations. I have sensations of many hands touching my body, they rub my breasts, my body and at a time I had a hand going inside my eye preventing me from seeing. I'm schizoaffective for the past 20 years and this has never happened before. I started like this 5 months ago when I quitted seroquel by mistake cold turkey. Since then, I have gone to the hospital 3 times and tried many different antipsychotics without any success. The doctors don't have answers for me. Two weeks ago, I started ECT treatment and I have already done 11 sessions and I'm still the same. I really need to find somebody that has overcome this hallucinations and see how they did recover. I'm in a lot of pain, please respond to me and tell me what you did to get well.

I have found that yoga and Qi Gong have given me more core strength and helped me be more grounded.

What they do for me is give me a greater sense of presence and grounding and less fears and anxiety and obsession with my fears. It may take weeks of practice, but it is all available free on you tube. private message me or reply here and ask and I send you links.

If you have a therapist, you might discuss these symptoms and explore if any of these might be a result of mental, emotional or physical abuse you may have experienced.

Symptoms like this can also be a sign of PTSD. A psychiatrist can diagnose and prescribe meds.

get green stones and burnable sage, silver beading wire, 3 clay plates, tinfoil and ashes.

put the green stones around your yard or home where the lawn mower wont throw them. Go outside and burn the sage und you and your yard, then if you can inside your house. wrap the plates in tinfoil with the shiny side out, place ashes on the plates and place them around your house, one touching ground, the other on your refridgerator and another in your bathroom or bedroom. take a mess of the silver wire and place a strip on the plates. another internal thing you should try is mental forcing while focussing on their energy, push down to your feet. Also find a roll of weedblock fabric and hang in your windows, place under or wrap your bed. your looking to blind them from you and reduce the energy they use to cause these effects. Ive had exactly what you describe since it started in 2009-10 so hope this helps. good grounding.

I hate to say it but the above makes no sense to me. I can't see how that would help tactile hallucinations at all.

How is your sleep and is it worse at night. The only times I've had tactile hallucinations I was not getting enough sleep and they happened at night. Mine were a little different though. I had a man with stubble bite my neck and a phantom smash my whole body from above me at least that's what it felt like.

I don't know that your hallucinations necessarily have anything to do with sexual abuse but it's at least possible. All my tactile hallucinations have been completely random and had no logic to them. I also get bugs crawling on me a lot.

Hi Gsegura.... What you're going through sounds frightening. I have never had that level of tactile hallucinations. Have you seen any doctors for a second opinion, like maybe a neuropsychiatrist? I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you.

ill explain why your wrong. first your thinking as the medics, and the medics prescribe drugs and make millions to lie to us. Ill start by exampling the many types of what the web terms as "alien implants" and where in the body they are found, and how they might operate. there is a implant found in the chins of several people that is not breakable except with a pulsed hot laser, it has been found to be made of a metal used from space rock, and coated with a bio-adaptive coating. and has two types of radioactivity which i believe is used to allow external/internal mapping as radioactivity has a log decay rate..

to create sounds in the brain, ions need to be agitated to create the sound. Also magnetism needs to be employed. in my personal experiences ive found reactions as i focus on all the areas that implants have been found. If the voices start talking, it takes 1-15 minutes to get rid of them for a while, BUT..its way quieter and outside my brain than when it started since mentally afecting them.

the tactile hallucination i believe employs a dual ability, 1 to create skin sensation using bio-static routing. 2. and internal organ manipulation using nervous system energy of some kind employing kinetics.

so i dont believe the voices and tactiles are coming from my own mind, but treat it (quite correctly) as a technology with many parts and relying on implants to create the functions.

Shoot, i have thought like this for so many years. i am not as intelligent as you obviously are though and so i have never known what to do about it. but what i do know is the things i experience are definitely real, not sure about the voices but the rest, DEFIANTLY. I feel like i am trapped in a dream, or altered reality but i don't know why or how. maybe you can help me?

i was also thinking symptoms of PTSD.
i have tactile hallucinations.

i have never been groped by a "tactile hallucination" though.

i have been sexually abused, however...
i don't know if this is the case for you.

i am sorry i have no advice to give as far as this.
i would suggest commanding them to stop touching you.
Thanks for this!

unfortunately the way the world is delusions are created alot. Simply put a delusion could be as simple as someone who thinks fast food provides enough essential nutrients each day, to complex religious self persecutions or thinking your important somehow. Ive found through my struggles that the hypno-sub-concious messages are being used on me, and was difficult to silence. the voices can read my mind and lie to re-enforce a delusion. I now know this and can test them when i want to. I agree the feeling of being stuck in an alternate reality while living is dificult, ive had visions of real being/people, had time anomalys and dimension slips as well, also other rare events during the peak of voice attacks. but now the voices are quiet to gone mostly, my mind is healing, and my fear and paranoia has turned to scientific curiosity. i no longer fear living, or feel spiteful towards the wrong people. the one thing i can say to help is you have to help yourself, it takes learning, and effort over time. and be smart about it.

Have you ever tried Abilify? It helps me with my auditory and visual hallucinations.
