hopefully you can see the photos here, if not go to photos, i posted pictures of the ear canal and brain with arrow diagrams showing how to visualize and push/feel the sound of the voices leaving you.

I am appreciate your desire to help others but please be aware that pushing the inner ear could result in damage to the ear. Please consult your therapist or psych doc before proceeding with these suggestions.

sorry im not suggesting "physicly" push the ear, im saying you need to focus on the vibratory energy the voices use and push "mentally" only. visualize it moving out.
