AAAAHHHH.....
The dreaded voices have returned...the 2 destroyers are back and I just can’t cope Please help me!!!!

I recommend you call your psychdoc immediately and ask what can be done! In the meantime, please take it easy! I would not do anything stressful and may be just sleep as much as possible. I was in your situation about a year ago and know that going to the hospital is not desirable. Thus, please call your psychdoc! You might need a medication increase. I was on 400 mg per month of maintena for about 8 months. The shot really worked but took some time. I am now on 300 mg. I just took it easy for about 6 months. It really helped. Just sleep if possible. And, don't get into trouble. I was boisterous during the night for several months and got kicked out of one complex. Please get help and don't react to your voices in a bad way.

Still there, they’re getting worse
Little bastards! Went to gp, got Valium and olanzapine...can’t see psych until Monday...might go into psych hospital for a few weeks, don’t know yet. Will keep you all updated It’s constant negative talk

Let me start by saying it will be O.K. Even though it don't seem like it now. Take a deep breath,
 I know hospitals are no fun, but I do wish you the best of luck. I hope that we hear from you soon.

Going into hospital tomorrow morning.
I don’t want to I want these voices out I want it all to end.... I’m so tired from fighting all the freaken time I’m scared of what I’ll do
