I havent had a full fledged episode in over 2 years. Sometimes I wonder if I'm still schizoaffective. Then I forget a dose and remember, yep- still got it.

hi everyone,
well we buried my much-loved dad on the 25th. My heart is broken over it. QuietTulip, I understand how it is to have the voices everyday, i have had voices and visual effects since i was 10. We have tried literally everything sense 1981, so Thorazine and all those old meds too. Now if they snow me enough i can't remember but that is no life either. You can learn to deal with them and still carry on with your day. No hospitalization will stop them and sometimes no meds either, find that one or two meds that seem to calm the storm the best. contact me anytime, Tams __________________ Tams https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Whgn_iE5uc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FOUqQt3Kg0 YOU LAUGH BECAUSE I AM DIFFERENT, I LAUGH BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL THE SAME Don't only practice your Art, But force your way through into its secrets, For it and Knowledge can Raise men to the Divine. I'm doing well, no symptoms right now, very stable. I was kind of sad earlier but that was just from stress over bills and having to barely make it month to month money-wise. It's just frustrating and I'm stuck in this situation till I can find a new apartment. Hoping I'll hear from my case manager about that soon. Going grocery shopping tomorrow. Happy it's October, love this time of year! I have all my horror movies out and ready for the month

I had dinner before taking my night med, hoping that helps with the nausea I usually feel an hour after taking it.
got 4 hours of sleep last night so I'm really looking forward to sleeping tonight __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Doing good today. It's been about 6-7 months without antipsychotics now. Walking everyday with my dog has really helped with the ability to get some control over anxiety I get from audio and visual hallucinations. So has staying on anti depressants and mood stabilizers. Also have been contributing more with keeping up the house.

I feel great again! I was tired today though from working from morning until night. However, my man told me he loved me and this made me feel ecstatic!

I am just thinking about the number of times I've changed my mind on different things randomly and I don't know what to do about it. It's just like I make these snap-judgments without even thinking a bit. I think it's a mental illness symptom, but I don't know how to treat it!

I'm tired!! I have been tired all day. I cleaned the house though because my mother was barking up and down everywhere. I feel ok but feel lethargic.

I'm still tired. I feel really slow and weighed down. I feel ok though. It must be a side effect of my medication.

I feel fine and let the Parisian man go. Who needs someone who can't get any fun where he is? Something is wrong here with his situation. I am not that naive.

Doing a lot better today despite my (former) therapist and me agreeing on firing each other. (It really was that way). First I basically fired her. Then she got mad at me and I guess she fired me. I suppose it was kind of a bad thing. I saw it coming though.
I am seeing a new therapist now who I think is helpful. I've seen her once. |
