Hi I have Schizoaffective disorder as well it’s hard to live with I know my voice are not real,I also have DID but my voices talk to each other in I mean literally in my head not in out side but they are nice to me
One of my alters/voices just asked “”when I’m going to eat something””? Then another talked to her my young voice he said “she will soon”” He is my older voice, And that’s what it’s like for me Thanks hope this helps some one with this |

I hope the Zyprexa is helping. I used to take that one years ago. I'm on Risperdal now. I have a repetitive voice. It's non-sensical and doesn't make sense to me. When I'm stressed, it goes on and on. Mainly it hums though. Especially if I'm working on music. I'm not familiar with alters. I'm sorry you have that. Know that I'm wishing you the best and sending good thoughts your way.

i also have DID and have been dxed with schizoaffective-bipolar type. the voices of auditory hallucinations are different from the ones of my alters, too. My alters make more sense and they talk to me as well as each other. they answer questions if they feel like it. whereas with my hallucinations, they normally make little sense and are generally unresponsive to precise questions. it helps to know someone else understands these differences, it's hard to get even my therapist to understand. hope you are well and that the zyprexa is helping.
