Hi I have Schizoaffective disorder as well it’s hard to live with I know my voice are not real,I also have DID but my voices talk to each other in I mean literally in my head not in out side but they are nice to me
One of my alters/voices just asked “”when I’m going to eat something””?
Then another talked to her my young voice he said “she will soon””
He is my older voice, And that’s what it’s like for me
Thanks hope this helps some one with this
