Is Schizoid Personality an actual schizophrenic disorder? With seeing things and all?

No. It's not a mood disorder. There is no psychosis.

How come people think that they can simply appologize to a schizoid individual and not think that that the schizoid will recognize that it is a superifical persona?

By the way, I think that it might have some of the disorganized and catatonic symptoms of schizophrenia so it would be best to interact with them in a childlike manner for best results.
