What’s the difference between SPD and Sluggish Cognitive Tempo?

I have ADHD- Predominantly Innatentive and I most likely also have Sluggish Cognitive Tempo as I fit all the descriptions. If you don’t know what that is here’s a link: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slug...ognitive_tempo

I have noticed that SPD and SCT can feel very similar. I am too lazy to get out of the house most of the time and I mostly prefer to be alone.
