....if you're diagnosed with SPD. Interested cause I have and SPD is sometimes said to be on the lower end of the schizophrenic spectrum.

From online tests, I believe I may be have SPD but have never consulted a psychiatrist or psychologist for an authoritative diagnosis. I don't remember ever having hallucinations except perhaps once in the 1970s but have definitely had delusions. Sorry I cannot be helpful to you in this matter. Maybe members here with official SPD diagnoses will see your post today and respond with something helpful.

No, I've never hallucinated. But I can get so immersed in my daydreams that I'm unaware of my surroundings, and may even start talking/giggling out loud. If I don't catch myself and snap out of it, I can end up daydreaming for hours at a time, pacing around until I get tired or sitting motionless staring into space. Thankfully this doesn't happen much anymore. (Sorry if this was TMI)
