Namaste, reddragon
I would be surprised if anyone who reads or posts here hasn't experienced some similar feelings. In our own recovery processes we can end up feeling like we're being a bother or doing something wrong -- it can help to remember that this is part of the process and it's often a process that goes back and forth. I think I once described it as like a turtle who sticks his head out of his shell and then tucks it back in. In the beginning, we spend a lot of time in our shells and only tenatively stick our heads out. Over time, we get more comfortable with sticking our heads out and interacting more.
