I don't think I have Schizophrenia, but I'm not sure. I took that Sanity Score quiz and it said this was one of my minor concerns. I don't know what counts as a delusion or being paranoid.

Delusions & Paranoia:
  • Sometimes, I get the feeling that someone I know can hear my every thought. Then, I will try not to think about anything and try to make peace with mean or bad thoughts I had so they won't become angry with me. This happens a lot with many people.
  • When I was younger, I thought people in photos, dolls, etc. basically anything with a face was watching me and could hear and see me through their own little world. I still sometimes think this but not as much as I did when I was younger.
  • I'm always really paranoid about people's opinions. I'll think any random person is talking about me or laughing at me for no particular reason.
  • I always think I'm being haunted, there's somebody in my house, when I try to sleep. I'll hear a noise from the heater for example and come to the conclusion my house is being robbed and won't be able to sleep the rest of the night.
  • I'll become paranoid with friends and think they talk about me, are trying to steal my friends, are ignoring me, are trying to destroy me, etc. when there's no evidence of this.
  • I sometimes will convince myself I see figures or shadows outside, in my house, in my room and convince myself there is something paranormal stalking me in my own bedroom while I sleep.
  • I sometimes think I hear somebody saying my name while I sleep at night.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYMORE. What's wrong with me? Am I just crazy?

A delusion is a fixed belief of something that is false. To read about paranoia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paranoia I can't really see a difference between the two, to be honest. You could have schizophrenia. Go get it checked out if you can, to get a real idea of what could be wrong. With the symptoms you've described, it all sounds very familiar. Best of luck to you.

Im sorry your feeling a bit down, and you are certainly not crazy...

Have you seen a doctor?

You might be able to get a bit more help

The delusions and paranoia you describe should be discussed with a doctor.
I have had many thoughts like that.My doctor diagnosed me with paranoid schizophrenia.
I'm sorry you are going through these things. If you see a doctor they may want to put you on medication. The meds I take help a lot, but there are still some delusions.
I don't think the meds are a cure all. I'm glad that I am on the meds because they do
tame the lion.

good luck to you

You are not crazy. You may need a little help with your thoughts.

The sanity test is not meant to replace good counselling or talking to a real person.

Please see a doctor and start getting help.

Some things may be paranormal. I am dealing with that myself. And believe me,they (spirits) know how to make you feel lile you are going crazy. I don't say that just from my experience, but from many others I have heard and read about.
Of course, if you feel like you should see a doctor, by all means do it. I just wanted you to be aware that sometimes there really is a paranormal aspect that meds can't fix.
