Hi everyone! I'm a little confused about what's going on with me. I've always had these things going on in my life and my mind but I just recently realized that maybe they're not real? Maybe you all can help me I'm so confused. All of my life I've been psychic to a small degree and can also see spirits. Well I've also always been afraid of the dark to the point where when I get into my bed at night, my entire body has to be on the bed, not a single finger off. Usually under the covers too. This is because when I go to close my eyes a lot of times I see people's faces (rarely full body but sometimes) and they're scary! Dead faces. I originally thought this to be a part of being a medium but I don't know any more. I can't decipher reality from fiction. I'm always afraid of the dark, can't be left alone in the house at night. I'm always afraid of what's lurking in the dark. Sometimes I even have to drive at night with my car light on inside. I haven' been sleeping well because of this lately since it's been getting worse. My mood swings are getting worse. I'lll be fine for a week, then all of a sudden snap at whoever's around. I'll get all iritated and agitated inside. But what confuses me is I have such a great relationship with God! Why would all this still be getting worse, shouldn't it be going away? I don't usually hear voices although I have heard the ocassional yell of "Stop" if I'm doing something I shouldn't be but I figured again that this was spirits. I find it's hard to concentrate and focus on things now too. I'm so confused! If anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

Hi Lovebug and welcome to PC Confused and a bit scared

I would talk to your therapist about this. They would be able to provide more insight then I would. I know how upsetting this must be for you and I am sorry your having such a hard time right now.
Like I said, I would talk to a therapist. That would be my first step. Please keep us posted on this.

Hugs,

Jen

Hello Lovebug. Welcome. Confused and a bit scared I agree with Jen. I think you should talk to your therapist about all of this. Living in fear is horrible, and I am very sorry that you are scared. Please update us on your situation!
