I told my therapist something I shouldn't of talked about and now I am so afraid of the repercussions. I'm too afraid to even post it on here.

What if they come after me for spilling their secrets?! I know things and remember things that....... I am so scared.

That's the one reason I don't see a pdoc or therp anymore, same fear. I hope it was something behind you & not something coming up as they normally won't come take you away for the past, mostly. If it's something in front of you, you might want to either convince them you have given up... or take care of business like asap lol.

Everything that's going to happen will happen & it's all out of our hands so roll with it & hope for the best.

I thi nk you misunderstand. I told her something I believe not something that happened and if any one is going to take me away it's going to be some secret military branch to do more tests and conditioning or just kill me. I'm not going into detail out of fear

I understood, sure if you think something "wrong" hard enough that you're willing ot go down for it they would take you.

So, if you told them, then they know, they most likely already did know. So you may as well inform us so we know what happened lol.

It's best to let things out, that way it's off your chest and out in the open.... Remember your therapist works for you, just tell her/him not to tell anyone and they have to listen, no one will come after you.... And remember, you'll always have everyone here at PC who care and will listen when you need it.
