Well, i got pyscosis, and i did stupid things in it. I'm not really responsible for all it. But now i have all this ANGER. Thanks

Hope you're doing okay. Sounds like you may be having a hard time. PsychCentral is a good place to come to looking for friends, understanding and help. There are many people here who have problems like yours. And they'll be happy to talk with you through these messages and exchange ideas with you on how to feel better. Do you go to see a therapist? Does your doctor give you any prescriptions for drugs you ought to take? Most of us here do have therapists and medications for our problems. We'd be happy to talk with you about therapists and medications. As well as any other questions or problems you may have. People here are very friendly, and they know, through personal experience, the kind of thing you're going through. So feel free to ask anyone here any question you might have. That's what we're here for, all of us. Take care now. We care for you.
