Insects (crawling around and crawling on me), people calling my name/nickname (at home/from outside, in public places, on TV...), things breathing in and out and moving and distorting, flashes of unknown things passing by, colours, shadows, energies. Sometimes when in bed it feels like the ambient is starting to spin, the floor turning into the wall and then into the ceiling and I'm about to fall but there's no gravity - it's like being on a 0g simulator but everything is glued on its place, including me, only the ambient is slowly spinning vertically.

I consider it all rare, because I know that there are people who suffer from this almost all the time and it seems unbearable for me to be on their shoes, so I try not to complain too much. It can happen mildly or intensely depending on my level of stress/anxiety.

Lately my underwear looks huge when I do laundry. Like I literally don't believe its mine. So odd.

I have this poster of Heath Ledger's Joker, which, in retrospect, I really probably shouldn't have purchased...

A corner of it came unstuck from my wall, and when I went over and fixed it, he said "Thanks, darling." Without thinking I automatically replied, "You're welcome." And then it hit me that I was talking to a poster... And it was just there, on my wall, grinning at me horrifyingly. I still haven't taken it down. I'm too afraid to go near it.

It's times like these when I realize I've got a serious problem.

For me I mostly have to deal with bouts of paranoia and delusions, although when I do get hallucinations it's mostly just shadows forming inhuman shapes. I also hear voices and noises that aren't there.

I hallucinate shadows and hear voices mostly. I can never make out what they're saying, but they're low murmurs. Occasionally I can make some coherent noises-- like a sneeze of sorts. I have friends that I think are real but they end up being all a part of my head, but they're still there. There's G, Tak, and Six. I didn't name them, but they kind of named themselves. I've known to see spiderwebs everywhere as well.

I mainly hear a loud indistinct crowd of voices inside my head, plus there are about four different trains of thought going on in the background which I can latch onto at any point.

I hear voices outside my head which sound like a talk radio program at very low volume. I also have general paranoia, everyone's watching me and they are always trying to make me look stupid and laugh at me.

I had a sound I heard all the time. Then, I would hear my son crying. When I checked on him, he was just sleeping. I would hear things people said repeat in my head. I heard water dripping. I saw a little kid standing by my car with his hands above his head crying. I started walking towards the child, then he disappeared. There are other ones also, I just can't remember all of them. Just recently, I started hearing people call my name at work, but no one was. But, sometimes people were. I heard my mom call my name when I was 4 and my brother was 2. I heard her call my name, but she wasn't home.
