Does anyone feel themselves get bigger and smaller as they are breathing?

I guess not. One breath i feel bigger, and with another , i feel smaller.

Yup. Particularly when I experience derealisation. The last two days I have had that experience.

Thank you. I thought maybe it was related to dissociation because when i dissociate with others around i see them get bigger/ smaller. Maybe when i'm alone i feel myself get bigger/ smaller. It's a little disconcerting.

I feel my self get really small when i dissasotiate and then when I come back I get big again...but I dont notice it when I breath

I have had strange sensations when I wasn't intoxicated that are similar to what you described. They are disconcerting to me also. I distract myself when it happens.
