Therapist do, in some ways, cause their clients to mentally vomit, and then inspect the result. Using this data they suggest skills for their clients to cope more productivly with their life and job and family issues. It is somewhat gross, group therapy can be disgusting and nauseating, but it does help. Being honest without being abusive is a learned, but very necessay skill. I learned to do this by purging.
So if people are struggling with voices and crazy moods, purge with a dr or nurse and ask for help. Try following suggestions, maybe just a little at first. "The longest journey starts with a single step..." or purge. Thanks and G'luck. Brook. |

I have a strange sense of humor. I amuse myself more than others, I've come to believe. No harm intended, just a smile, hopefully

I tried for years to convince others that purging was perfectly safe and healthy!
