Hello all,

I didn't know where to post this as I am not diagnosed with a psychosis nor a personality disorder. In short, I dealt with a girl 'living' in my head telling me that I was to unworthy of life and other things. My story is however not important here. It's is what a man told me:

"You are stronger than her for the simple reason that she's imaginary and you're real"

I don't know what you are all dealing with, but since it really helped me I thought I'd put it out there and suggest that we all remember than in the end WE are stronger than our fears and imaginations.
