i hope they will quiet down for you. does it help at all to talk back to them? to ask them what they need to be quiet? or to simply tell them to shut up so you can rest? offer to make an appointment with insistent ones tomorrow?
can you drown them out? infomercials, music, or white noise can help. can you run a fan? or try an app for your phone or tablet like lightningbug. i use it to make thundersound type noises i can program and change myself.
i hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for this!

Hopefully the extra dose helps tame the voices.

Managed to get some sleep last night ...I find that listening to msuic helps a lot normally but these voices are very loud ...louder than the music
I have tried talking to them and telling them to be quiet...
Some times it work other time it dont ...

Too bad you can't just put on ear plugs and block them...

I get the really bad racing thoughts that won't let me sleep, not as much as I used to, but they are definately too loud and insistant even for music or t.v. or fans. I understand how hard it can be.
