its been a miserable day....

Let me tell you why... I gave my husband a card and instead of saying Thanks honey that is sure nice... He said " why do you always have to give me cards" just to rub it in my face that I didn't get yo one."

Then when I leaned in to get a kiss, he says " Oh brother what do you need now?"

Then instead of thinking of someting nice to do for me, (which really does matter even though I say it doesn't) he climbs back in bed to sleep for 4 more hours which turned out to be most of the day.

Then I fixed dinner for Him to day" ... Well for get it it doesn't matter anymore to me...

I can never please a misserable person and I know that missery loves company so here I am sharing in it with Him now...


Happy V day to all of you ... Maybe at least one of you will think it was nice I shared part of my day with you here when no one else might have.

newtus - we all know cats can talk, so even if costello is a cat, what does it matter. its the words that matter. anyway the cat looks beautiful, must be related to mine because He looks similar!

sometime I think V day is a bit mean because it can make unloved people feel bad. thats why i dont like all these xyz days. just a way for companies to make more money.

Relationships are so difficult. I would hate having the person I share my home with telling me I talk too much.

My son can be difficult to live with, but at least he's trying really hard and things are getting better.

I don't think this is an instance of having cake and eating it, too. I think you deserve respect just like anyone else. So, if he's got some issues he needs to work on them instead of taking them out on you. Of course, I know how some people can be stuborn like that.

I don't know your relationship but if you feel comfortable talking to him about it, try that. Or, if not.... I really don't know. That's not something easy to have to live with.

ya... he has a T but says that he is wasting his time cause he feels like he does nto need to hash over old stuff. He has M H issues too. so we are both dealing with alot of Sh#@#$&*%^^$%%#... If you know what I mean.... I think I was just really hurt yesterday ... m trying to have a better attitude today but Im feeling guilty for being mad at him and saying anything bad

Well, you are entitled to feel disappointed and hurt and he's entitled to also his feelings. So if you can work it out then it's really just another day gone. It's all about forgiving each other but also yourself.
